Can I use HausPlatz for free?⌄
Yes. HausPlatz Free is free forever and includes your shared family calendar, grocery list, chores, meals, and up to 6 household members. The Free plan is supported by tasteful advertisements.
Does the Free plan contain advertisements?⌄
Yes. HausPlatz Free shows non-intrusive ads to keep the plan free. Ads never appear inside calendar events, private notes, grocery items, or child-focused views, and household content is never used to target ads.
Which plans remove advertisements?⌄
HausPlatz Premium and HausPlatz Pro are completely ad-free. Ads are removed immediately after a paid plan becomes active.
Does one subscription cover the entire household?⌄
Yes. One paid HausPlatz subscription covers the household and every invited member — you never pay per person.
How many family members can I invite?⌄
Up to 6 on Free, 12 on Premium, and 25 on Pro. Each member has their own verified email, profile, calendar color, role, and activity history.
Can I change plans later?⌄
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. If you cancel, your paid features remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Are the iOS and Android apps available?⌄
The native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. In the meantime, HausPlatz is a polished responsive web app that works beautifully on mobile browsers.
How does the shared Household Password work?⌄
Every invited family member signs in with their own verified email address plus the shared Household Password created by the household owner. Your email identifies you as an individual member; the Household Password grants access to the shared household. The owner can rotate the password or remove members at any time.
