Review next week's calendar before choosing dinners. Add missing ingredients to Groceries and recurring household work to Chores. Keep an ordinary errand in a to-do list instead of filling the calendar with tasks that have no fixed time.
A caregiver joining the household
Invite a caregiver with their own account and appropriate role. Agree which appointments and household tasks they help coordinate. If they belong to a separate home, consider selected read-only event sharing through HausBridge instead of merging household information.

An organizer works best when people agree where each kind of information belongs. It does not replace that agreement, professional care records, or emergency communication. Start with one calendar and one grocery list rather than importing every old note.
