1. Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, household name), the household content you create (calendar events, meals, groceries, chores, lists, reminders), and basic operational data required to run the service (authentication tokens managed by our authentication provider, timestamps, and error diagnostics).
2. How we use it
To operate HausPlatz for you and your household, to keep the service reliable and secure, to answer support requests you send us, and to communicate essential service information such as verification emails, invitations, and security notices.
3. What we don't do with your data
We do not sell your household content or use it to target advertising. We do not require a payment method for the Free plan; if you choose a paid subscription, payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
4. Diagnostic data & error reporting
The application captures technical error information to help us keep the service reliable. We document what automated diagnostic reporting collects, why it is collected, how long it is retained, and whether it includes account identifiers where applicable.
5. Children & minors
Household Owners are responsible for adding Child and Teen members. Adults responsible for minors should evaluate their own obligations under applicable laws governing children's data and consent.
6. Data retention & deletion
Household content is retained while your account and household are active. You can contact to request account or household deletion.
7. Website analytics, advertising, and cookies
On hausplatz.net, Google AdSense is used for advertising on eligible website/PWA surfaces. Google Analytics is used for aggregated website and product usage measurement, and Umami is used for website analytics.
Google and other third-party advertising vendors may place or read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers in connection with advertising delivery and measurement. Google uses advertising cookies to help serve ads, including personalized ads where applicable and allowed, based on visits to this and other websites.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services for information about collection, sharing, and use associated with Google products.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect sign-in or other website functionality. These controls do not imply that all measurement uses cookies.
The native iOS and Android builds do not load the website Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or Umami scripts. This distinction does not mean native apps collect no data: the account, operational, and diagnostic disclosures above still apply.
