How we write, source, review and date the guides in HausPlatz Resources.

Who writes the guides

The HausPlatz Team at SFGOC Labs LLC writes and maintains every guide in Resources. Guides are published under the team name rather than an individual byline.

What the guidance is based on

Guides come from practical household workflows — calendars, groceries, chores, meals, caregiving logistics — and from what we learn designing and supporting household-organization software. We describe methods you can try, with examples and templates, rather than opinions about families.

Sources

When a guide makes a factual claim about the outside world, such as how another product works or a published rule, we link to a source. Organizational advice that comes from our own experience is presented as practical guidance, not as research.

Review

Before publishing and when revising, we check guides for accuracy, clarity and usefulness, remove repetition, and confirm that links and product descriptions are still current.

Use of AI tools

AI tools may help with drafting and editing. A member of the team reviews and edits the published result. We do not use AI to fabricate research, statistics, testimonials, rankings, reviews, or credentials.

Dates

Each guide shows when it was first published. An “Updated” date appears only when the guide has been materially revised — new sections, examples or corrections — not for small wording fixes.

Scope

Resources content is organizational guidance. It is not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice; for those questions, consult a qualified professional.

Independence from the product

Guides are written to be useful whether or not you use HausPlatz. Where a HausPlatz feature fits a workflow, we say so and link to it; we do not claim other approaches fail.

Corrections and feedback

If something in a guide is wrong or unclear, tell us through the Contact link in the footer. We review reports and correct guides where needed.
