HausPlatz Beta Terms

Draft placeholder. This document is a working draft published for the HausPlatz Public Beta and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. The final Beta Terms will replace this text before HausPlatz exits Public Beta.

1. Public Beta participation

HausPlatz is currently offered as pre-release, beta software by SFGOC Labs. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or produce unexpected results. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2. No paid subscriptions during beta

Premium and Pro subscriptions are not available during Public Beta. No payment method is required. Beta access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription when the beta ends.

3. Data and content

You retain ownership of household content you create. Data may be reset, migrated, or deleted during the beta as we iterate on the schema and infrastructure. Please do not store irreplaceable records exclusively in HausPlatz during Public Beta.

4. Feedback

Bug reports and product feedback are welcome at info@hausplatz.net. Feedback is not required to continue using the beta.

5. Household roles & minors

The Household Owner accepts these Beta Terms on behalf of the household. Child and Teen roles receive an in-app beta notice for awareness only; this notice does not, by itself, satisfy laws governing consent for minors. Adults responsible for minors in the household should evaluate their own obligations. Age policy and parental authorization are flagged for legal review before general release.

6. No warranties during beta

HausPlatz is provided during Public Beta on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SFGOC Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Changes to these Beta Terms

We may update these Beta Terms. Material changes will bump the document version and require re-acceptance the next time you sign in.
